Membership Criteria
To be eligible for official membership in Al-Qimma Club at Vertex University, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Be an enrolled student in one of the undergraduate or postgraduate programs at Vertex University.
Maintain a solid academic record (with a GPA not lower than the threshold set by the club’s administration).
Demonstrate positive leadership behavior and a strong commitment to the university’s code of ethics.
Submit an updated résumé and a motivational letter outlining their goals for joining the club.
Successfully pass a personal interview or assessment conducted by the club’s admissions committee.
Commit to attending regular meetings and actively participating in the club’s activities and initiatives.
Maintain a balanced level of academic and leadership performance throughout the membership period.
Honorary or special membership may be granted to individuals outside the university in the following categories, at the discretion of the club’s leadership:
Eligible categories
Vertex University alumni who have demonstrated excellence in leadership or professional fields.
Experts and practitioners in leadership, entrepreneurship, or community engagement.
Strategic partners of the club or the university.
Outstanding students from other universities, participating through collaboration programs or competitions.
General Requirements:
Submission of a professional résumé and a statement of interest outlining the motivation for joining.
A proven record of achievements or contributions in leadership or community engagement fields.
Commitment to participate in at least one event or initiative annually.
Agreement to uphold the club’s charter and core principles.
