Admission Requirements for Graduate Studies

Vertex University welcomes qualified applicants from all nationalities and academic backgrounds to its Master’s and PhD programs, in accordance with the following criteria:

1. Admission Tracks

Regular Admission:
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from a university recognized either locally or internationally.

Conditional Admission:
The university may grant conditional admission pending the submission of required documents, provided that all other academic program conditions are met.

2. General Registration Requirements

  • Proof of English language proficiency (if the program is delivered in English), demonstrated through an approved test such as TOEFL, IELTS, or an equivalent.

  • Meeting the specific requirements of each program or faculty, as per the university’s official regulations.

  • Submission of original academic certificates along with certified copies upon request.

  • Full completion of the online admission application through the Admissions and Registration Portal.

  • Payment of registration and approved tuition fees.

  • Signing an official pledge to comply with all university rules, regulations, and policies.

3. Required Documents

  • A color copy of the bachelor’s degree certificate and academic transcript, both certified by the issuing university. (Applicants to PhD programs must also submit a certified copy of their master’s degree.)

  • A colored copy of the national ID or family card for verification.

  • A colored copy of a valid passport.

  • A recent personal photo (6×4 cm) with a white background.

  • A copy of the payment receipt for registration and tuition fees.

  • Completion and student signature of the registration form.
