Applications for admission

Admission to Vertex University is flexible and continuous throughout the year, and students can apply for any of the three academic semesters according to the dates specified in the university's official academic calendar.

Bachelor's degree applications
Vertex University welcomes students who wish to enroll in its undergraduate programs according to the following criteria:
First: Admission paths
- Regular admission :
The student must have a high school diploma or its equivalent from a recognized institution. - Conditional acceptance :
The university allows conditional admission for some students pending completion of all required documents, provided they meet all other approved admission requirements.
Second: Basic requirements for registration
- Pass the English language test, if the program language is English.
- Fulfilling the admission requirements and conditions for each college or academic program.
- Submit original academic certificates with copies if needed.
- Fill out the online application form through the admission and registration portal.
- Payment of registration fees and tuition fees as determined by the program.
- Signing a formal pledge to abide by all university rules and regulations.
Third: Required documents
- A color copy of the certificate issued by the student’s country (Ministry of Education) for holders of a high school diploma.
- A colored copy of the ID or family card for verification.
- A color copy of the student's passport.
- Personal photo (6*4) with white background.
- Completion of registration data and signing by the student.
Postgraduate Admission Applications
Vertex University welcomes qualified applicants to its Master's and PhD programs from various nationalities and academic backgrounds, according to the following criteria:
First: Admission paths
- Regular admission :
The applicant must hold a bachelor's degree from a locally or internationally recognized university. - Conditional acceptance :
The university may conditionally accept the student pending completion of the required documents, while applying the remaining conditions of the academic program.
Second: General requirements for registration
- Proof of English language proficiency If the program language is English, this must be through an approved test (such as TOEFL or IELTS) or equivalent.
- Fulfilling the requirements for each program or college, according to the approved regulations.
- Provide original academic certificates with certified copies upon request.
- Complete the online application form in full via the Admissions and Registration Portal.
- Payment of registration fees and approved tuition fees.
- Signing an official pledge to adhere to all internal university regulations and policies.
Third: Required documents
- A color copy of the bachelor’s degree certificate and transcript certified by the university (if the student is applying to study doctoral programs, the master’s degree certificate must also be submitted).
- A colored copy of the ID or family card for verification.
- Colored copy of passport.
- Personal photo (6*4) with white background.
- A copy of the registration and tuition fee payment receipt
- Completion of registration data and signing by the student.
