Tuition Refund Policy
Vertex University’s refund policy applies in accordance with approved regulations in the following cases:
First: Cases that include a financial refund The student has the right to submit a refund request in the following cases:
- Withdrawal from courses during the semester within the specified period.
- Complete withdrawal from the class or from the university.
- There are excess amounts in the student’s account due to additional payments.
- Cancellation of a course by the university.
- Get a scholarship after payment.

Refund Terms and Conditions
- An official request must be submitted through the student portal within the announced refund period.
- If the specified period expires, the student will be obligated to pay the full tuition fees.
- It will not be returned any Excess amount unless an official release request is submitted by the university.
- A flat $30 administrative fee will be charged for any refund, except for the cases mentioned in Clause 1.
Approved payment and refund methods
- Payments are accepted via: credit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, and approved e-wallets.
- Refunds will be made to the same payment method used, unless the student requests otherwise in writing and the university approves it after review and audit.
- Implementation period:
- Within 10 working days If the amount exceeds $500.
- Within 15 working days If the amount is less than $500.
Installment system at Vertex University
Vertex University offers a flexible and affordable tuition payment plan to support students and enable them to complete their education without unexpected financial burdens, in accordance with the university's approved financial policies and standards.
Students can apply to benefit from the installment plan after paying the registration fees (non-refundable). The application will be presented to a specialized committee to study the case and assess eligibility.
The request will be responded to within three working days from the date of submission, either with approval or apology, in accordance with the approved criteria.
If the committee approves and adopts the installment plan, and the student decides to withdraw from the courses within the eligible refund period, then:
- The refund value is calculated according to the percentage specified in the university's official refund policy.
- The refund is calculated only from the amount actually paid of the quarterly fees only.
- The student is not required to pay any remaining installments if he withdraws during the due period.
Appointments are strictly scheduled according to the academic calendar and must be adhered to to avoid any delays or fines. .
