Graduate Admission Procedures

As part of its commitment to the highest standards of academic transparency and institutional excellence, Vertex University organizes the graduate admissions process through a set of well-defined procedures designed to attract top talent from across the region and around the world.

Admission Stages and Procedures:

1. Submission of Online Application
Applicants must complete the admission application through the Graduate Admissions Portal during the officially announced periods published on the university’s website.

2. Preliminary Screening and Automated Verification
The Deanship of Graduate Studies conducts an initial review of the submitted data and evaluates whether the basic admission requirements have been electronically fulfilled.

3. Academic File Review and Selection Process
Academic records and supporting documents are thoroughly reviewed, and the program-specific selection criteria are applied—such as cumulative GPA, professional experience, letters of recommendation, admission tests, and interviews (if applicable).

4. Notification of Preliminary Acceptance
Shortlisted candidates will receive a preliminary acceptance notice via the electronic portal, along with instructions for completing the remaining steps and confirming admission.

5. Document Verification
Official documents are verified against the submitted information through certified digital systems or direct communication with issuing institutions, as needed.

6. Payment of Tuition Fees
Applicants must pay the full tuition fees for the first semester through the university’s official payment platform, in accordance with the approved financial policies.

7. Issuance of Final or Conditional Admission
Based on the applicant’s status, the Deanship of Graduate Studies will issue a final or conditional admission letter, and the student’s academic record will be formally activated in the university’s system.
