Admission Requirements for Graduate Studies
Vertex University welcomes qualified applicants from all nationalities and academic backgrounds to its Master’s and PhD programs, in accordance with the following criteria:
1. Admission Tracks
Regular Admission:
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from a university recognized either locally or internationally.
Conditional Admission:
The university may grant conditional admission pending the submission of required documents, provided that all other academic program conditions are met.
2. General Registration Requirements
Proof of English language proficiency (if the program is delivered in English), demonstrated through an approved test such as TOEFL, IELTS, or an equivalent.
Meeting the specific requirements of each program or faculty, as per the university’s official regulations.
Submission of original academic certificates along with certified copies upon request.
Full completion of the online admission application through the Admissions and Registration Portal.
Payment of registration and approved tuition fees.
Signing an official pledge to comply with all university rules, regulations, and policies.
3. Required Documents
A color copy of the bachelor’s degree certificate and academic transcript, both certified by the issuing university. (Applicants to PhD programs must also submit a certified copy of their master’s degree.)
A colored copy of the national ID or family card for verification.
A colored copy of a valid passport.
A recent personal photo (6×4 cm) with a white background.
A copy of the payment receipt for registration and tuition fees.
Completion and student signature of the registration form.
