The agreement aims to provide the platform with the university’s scientific content and publish it digitally in accordance with Al Manhal’s standards and international best practices in academic publishing.

The agreement includes the publication of a wide range of Vertex International University’s academic outputs, including scholarly books, peer-reviewed journals, conference proceedings, and academic theses, through the Al Manhal digital platform. This will enable broader access for researchers and interested audiences across various disciplines.
This collaboration aligns with the university’s strategic direction toward structured and secure knowledge dissemination, ensuring the wide circulation of its scientific output through trusted platforms that adhere to high standards of indexing and intellectual property protection.
Representation of Both Parties and Emphasis on the Importance of the Collaboration
Vertex International University was represented at the signing by Dr. Shaimaa Shaalan, Director of Scientific Journals, and Dr. Youssef Khairy, Executive Director. Kezana was represented by Mr. Bashir Al-Nasser, Director of Publisher Relations and Content Development, in the presence of Mr. Mohamed El-Baghdady, Chairman of the Board, along with several publishing relations and sales officials, including Mr. Radwan Mohamed, Mr. Ibrahim Al-Shalloul, and Mr. Rami Shahadeh, Middle East Sales Director at Kezana.
Dr. Shaimaa Shaalan emphasized that the agreement represents a strategic step toward strengthening Vertex International University’s presence on the global academic stage and enabling researchers and students to access knowledge seamlessly, thereby enhancing the quality and impact of scientific research.
For his part, Mr. Bashir Al-Nasser stated that this collaboration constitutes a valuable addition to Al Manhal’s content portfolio and contributes to achieving international scholarly impact, reinforcing the standing of both the university and the platform within the global research ecosystem.
Dr. Youssef Khairy also noted that the agreement aims to promote openness and academic exchange among universities and research institutions worldwide, opening new horizons for joint academic collaboration.
