There is no doubt that e-learning<\/a> has become a fundamental pillar in reshaping the concept of higher education and its societal role. Economic, technological, and environmental transformations have created a new reality that compels universities to reassess their structures and operational models, and to reconsider how knowledge is delivered and experienced.<\/p>\n

Today, the digital university is understood as an integrated educational system operating within a digital environment, combining advanced technologies with a clear ped\u0645\u0646\u0630gical vision under a coherent institutional framework. From this perspective, the concept of the \u201cdigital university\u201d has emerged as a sustainable educational model\u2014one that delivers a rigorous academic experience aligned with the nature of the digital age and the expectations of contemporary learners.<\/p>\n

First: Post-Pandemic Realities\u2026 From Emergency Learning to Sustainable Transformation<\/h3>\n

The COVID-19 pandemic served as a real test of the capacity of educational systems<\/a> to continue functioning.
